Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in all countries. An extra COD fee will be added at checkout:

• Kuwait: +4 AED
• Bahrain: +5.5 AED
• Oman: +7.5 AED

Import Fees & VAT:

• Saudi Arabia & Kuwait – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Customs and VAT are handled in advance. Customer pays 15% VAT and a clearance fee (e.g. 0.15% Bayan fee in KSA, min 15 SAR, max 500 SAR, or 12.2 AED in Kuwait) upon delivery.
• Bahrain, Oman & Qatar – DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All import charges are paid by the customer upon delivery. These may include government levy (10%), fuel surcharge cost (15%), and customs clearance fees (from 10 to 35 AED depending on country).

Returns: You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
