Refund & Returns Policy

At MoStyle Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be free of stains, fragrances, or signs of wear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Underwear or personal hygiene items for sanitary reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at: contact@mostylemode.ae with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for a return confirmation and instructions from our support team.

  3. Send the item(s) back to the provided address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g. due to signs of use), we will notify you and send the item back.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately. This ensures the new item doesn’t sell out while your return is being processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Do not return your order without first contacting us, as it may delay your refund.
