How Can We Help You

Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately processed and submitted to our fulfillment team to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we’re unable to make manual changes to the delivery address after the order is confirmed.

However, in some cases, you may be able to re-route the package through the shipping carrier once it’s on its way. We recommend contacting the carrier directly as soon as you receive your tracking information.

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package and it cannot be re-routed, it will typically be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we will reach out to you to arrange a refund or a reshipment, depending on your preference.

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, all orders are immediately processed and forwarded to our warehouse team once confirmed. For this reason, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes to your order after it has been placed.

This includes changes to:

  • Product size, color, or quantity
  • Shipping method or address
  • Adding or removing items from the order

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you placed an incorrect order, you can return the item once it arrives, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Once your order has been placed, it is automatically processed and sent to our warehouse for packing and shipment. Because of this swift handling, cancellations are unfortunately not possible after the order has been submitted.

However, don’t worry — if you no longer wish to keep your order, you can return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Just make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Delivery Status

Once your order has been packed and shipped — usually on the same day if placed before 2 PM (UAE time) — you’ll get a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (available in most countries). This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way, right to your doorstep.

Order Status

Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us within minutes. This confirmation means we’ve received your order and it’s being prepared for dispatch.

Payment Methods

At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option in any country.

All orders must be completed using secure online payment methods, such as credit or debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, or other trusted digital payment gateways available at checkout.

This allows us to process and ship your order faster, while also ensuring a safer and smoother experience for all our customers.

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. You can pay using:

  • Credit and Debit Cards – processed securely via Stripe
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay – for fast, one-tap checkout on supported devices
  • PayPal – trusted worldwide for secure transactions
  • Tabby (Installments) – flexible payment option available in select regions

All payments are processed through encrypted gateways to ensure your data and transaction are fully protected.

Promo & Discounts

If you have a promo or discount code, you can easily apply it during checkout. On the cart or checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Coupon code”. Just enter your code there and click “Apply”. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total before you complete your purchase.

Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order, and some exclusions may apply depending on the promotion.

Sales Tax

Yes, all our product prices are listed inclusive of tax. For customers shopping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a 5% VAT is already included in the displayed price.

For orders shipped outside the UAE (including GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain), no VAT is charged at checkout. However, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand any applicable import fees before placing your order.
